I am NOT going to cancel the story or stop writing it at all.
Just wanted to point that out first before saying more.
Okay now, I've lately been feeling that my writing isn't satisfying enough for me, I'm not saying it's absolutely horrible, perhaps decent at best (regardless of the usual typos and mistakes I don't even realize I did until I post the chapter and then get lazy to change and fix), and I believe I know exactly why, it's a sort of mix between being a little burn and having way too many ideas not only for this fanfic but also for other stories I'm planning on writing, and while I absolutely LOVE Star Rail and would really love to update this daily, the amount of ideas and drafts I have on my had are heavily obscuring that.
So I decided to take a small break from this story and instead start writing something shorter and entirely mine.
Again, I'm not cancelling or abandoning this story, just a small Hiatus to clear my head a little, I also feel that this will let me arrange my ideas for this more calmly, since I have a lot of ideas for this that change the story an absolute amount and ideas that clash with each other, for example, in Amphoreus, I had planned a whole mini story arc with Ryan doing some stuff and almost dying yet again in order to make Amphoreus real and then Phainon joining the Express as another Nameless, and while I could nerf Phainon by having him have burned all the coreflames in his attempt to attack Nanook I definitely did NOT KNOW what the fuck I'd do with Cyrene and the other Chrysos Heirs, so I decided to scrap that idea and now have not much of a plot for Amphoreus, and I have NOT started to even consider Planarcadia.
So yeah this Hiatus might be good for the story overall so I can be less conflicting about the ideas for this and have it be a better story.
This isn't doubling as "marketing" for what I'll be writing from now on (I should do that though) and wanted to just let people know about the situation.
I don't think I have anything else to say, I'm sure I'm absolutely forgetting something so I might add it here later, but anyways.
