Turning around, he saw a man in a black sleeveless T-shirt, camo pants, and boots, looking quite capable, smiling at him.
"Oh, nothing, just looking around."
Ye Chen replied nonchalantly.
His mind was filled with thoughts of the jewelry store, and he had no interest in chatting with this person.
The man didn't seem to mind, sizing up Ye Chen and nodding.
"Brother, are you a soldier?"
Ye Chen was surprised by the question and hesitated for a moment before shaking his head.
Seeing Ye Chen's reaction, the man seemed a bit disappointed but still smiled, though a trace of loneliness lingered in his eyes.
But Ye Chen couldn't be bothered with that right now; he was looking for a suitable tool. Just then, he saw a shovel on the shelf.
"This shovel, although not military-grade, performs almost as well, with a blade, pry, machete, hook, pruning shears, and wire hole on the shovel head; the handle contains a survival knife, bottle opener, outdoor saw, and survival whistle, etc..."
