Arresting Tian Yuan was really way too easy.
Thirty minutes later, Sun Chao called.
"Director Gao, we've already caught the suspect," Sun Chao said directly. "But we haven't found any trace of Rong Yan."
Gao Yang's phone was on speaker, so Yun Chu naturally heard it too. Her face went slightly pale.
"Keep searching, don't leave out a single corner," Gao Yang ordered.
"Yes." Sun Chao hung up.
Gao Yang looked at Yun Chu. "Do you want to go to the scene and take a look?"
Yun Chu nodded right away. "Okay."
"I'm going too." Lu Hao hurried after them.
Gao Yang didn't say anything, called a few more people to come along, and together they headed out, leaving only two or three behind to continue analyzing the footage.
The urban village was a place Yun Chu had rarely set foot in.
She'd been to slums abroad, but this place was different from those slums.
