Clearly, Zhou Shitao and the others were too busy rushing to drink the soup, having completely forgotten about Zhang Xiuchun and Zhang Xiaomei.
Although the ancient tomb mummy case had nothing to do with this mother and daughter, they were not in a hurry to leave.
On one hand, Zhang Xiuchun was interested in the burial items inside the ancient tomb; on the other hand, Zhang Xiaomei hoped to return to Xiang Province with Huo Sining to solve the silkworm seed problem sooner.
So last night, this mother and daughter also stayed at the archaeological team's camp. Though the conditions were crude, they didn't seem to mind at all, especially Zhang Xiuchun, who looked quite happy and appeared nostalgic about the environment and atmosphere of the archaeological team.
This is understandable, as this Old Granny reportedly hadn't personally gone down a tomb for many years. If not for Zhou Shitao's invitation, it would generally be difficult for anyone to invite her.
