This nightclub is quite large and an old establishment; she had been here before.
But now, the security and DJ are all unfamiliar faces.
She glanced at the time; it was only a little past eight in the evening.
At this hour, not many people come to party at the nightclub... In the middle of the dance floor, there stood a white piano, with a man playing it.
There were only three to five people beside the bar, and the atmosphere was slightly monotonous.
The bartender was a very handsome guy, wearing a T-shirt and jeans, looking like he was still a college student, enthusiastically greeting her while his hands were busy mixing drinks.
"Waiting for someone, miss?"
"Yes..." Li Jiaqi smiled at him, inexplicably reminded of her student days.
"Boyfriend?"
"Hmm, not really! I'm just waiting for the right person!" Li Jiaqi brushed her long hair.
"What would you like to drink? It's on me!"
"I'll have a Mint Julep!"
She felt a bit hot and wanted something refreshing.
