Carmen was relieved when she heard Xu Feng's reassuring words. Or more specifically, his promise that he would explain the situation to Hazel.
"The cleansing process is at 100%," Carmen said. She still continued to fan because she wasn't sure if she had to stop.
"You can stop fanning now." Xu Feng smiled and began to retrieve a few mana recovery potions to consume.
Once his mana reached a certain percentage, he began casting heal on himself.
The broken bones on his body also began to heal, finally sparing him of the pain that had been aching. Though it had long become numb by now.
"Phew, I feel alive again." He stood up and jumped around a little.
"What are you doing?" Alas, his action quickly infuriated Carmen, who hurriedly ordered him to sit back down to take a break.
"You have barely recovered, and now you want to hop around like some bunny? Do you want to die?"
