"You can't just leave, Serene Paragon." Nocturnal Leader, Lionfield, suddenly said when he noticed her intention.
"We're in an alliance and agreed to siege the Haven Wind Town. If you leave now, we're going to lose a heavy DPS that could make things easier for us."
Although it wasn't explicitly stated, Lionfield was essentially threatening that Paragon would receive full blame in case their siege were to fail.
It would have been fine if she were absent. But now that she had made it here, there was no chance he would allow such a strong player to leave. Unfortunately, Lionfield had made one critical mistake.
"Do you think I cared?" Serene Paragon flashed a cold expression. "Not even the Guild Leader dared to use such a tone to speak to me. Who do you think you are?"
"You!" Lionfield's face burned red from the embarrassment and humiliation he was receiving.
