Almost an hour later, Xu Feng and Carmen got up halfway through the short drama.
It was paused at the scene where Xu Feng's character was about to start showing off his poetry skills while chugging wine.
It was wine for the audience, but the truth was that he was chugging water at the time of the filming. There was no way he would really get drunk on the set and delay the shooting.
Amidst the intense part, one of the staff entered the room and announced.
"Xu Feng and Carmen, get ready to head over to the participating venue. You're up next once the current participants take their leave."
The staff then continued to call out a few people who were in the same waiting room before moving to another room.
Since there were a lot of participants, there were multiple waiting rooms.
But one thing most people had in common was that they had masks covering the upper half of their faces.
