Days since the Ghoul abandoned Aro...
The sand ran across the Kiren's body as shockwaves trampled across the ground.
"There's so many, it's like we awakened a nest" a Human yelled with all his might as panic flooded his body.
"I told you we should have brought more firepower or even better more people" another Human yelled.
"Ben we just don't have the people to spare on missions like this" Nakai the front lines commander bent his left arm.
And as this colossally sized fist began to activate the Ghouls began to lunge.
"Ben run!" Nakai threw his Glauncher fist, miniature engines propelling it forwards at a rate beyond Human.
And upon the fist's collision with the black sludge a shock wave rippled through their bodies causing them to temporally dissolve.
"Not you, you don't get to run" Ben lunged forth, thrusters launching him straight towards a Ghoul.
Ben drew upon a sword, a sword that seemed to be connected to his own body through multiple pipes.
"You die now you bastard" Ben swung the blade straight into the sludge and upon contact, the blade absorbed the ghoul through the pipes and into Ben's torso.
Which appeared to be a storage container for Ghouls.
"All that for just one, we are fucked aren't we" Ben looked out towards Nakai, Nakai who was being consumed.
"You little shits this planet is ours" Nakai appeared to have multiple needles already implanted into his back.
And as Nakai grasped a hold of the black sludge those needles injected, giving him the power necessary to overwhelm a Ghoul.
And with it another Ghoul was absorbed into a Human's body.
"We better get going before they swarm us" Nakai looked outwards to a city devasted, a shadow of its' former self.
Meanwhile in the outskirts Aro finally woke...
"What was all that, wait Kray no a Ghoul whatever that is" Aro struggled to come to terms with anything upon his awakening.
"Those shockwaves they are where I need to go" Aro wasted no time in returning to his travels, his search for worthy allies.
As Aro continued his journey the front lines unit returned to their current base of operations...
"Setra were back" Ben rested upon a raggy blanket.
"So how was it this time Nakai" Setra the current commander of both the creation and research unit as well as the rebellion itself, questioned her strongest warrior.
"It's getting worse, we were swarmed almost immediately".
"We might have to start looking for more volunteers to join us out there" Nakai looked as if he just spoke of the most horrific idea.
"Well I think I might have found just the person to help" Setra looked towards what seemed to be a work shop.
"So you understand that once we go through with this you won't be able to use anything that significantly changes your size" Blak the lead designer in implantation weapons, gave Aro his final warning.
"This is what I need to fight Ghouls right?" Aro questioned once more as he prepared himself to relive the torture of his previous years on Earth.
"Yes our enhancements either work to tear the Ghouls apart whilst also draining all of their energy or they work to contain the Ghoul inside a implantation ball" Setra reassured the Kiren whilst also guiding Nakai to his newest recruit.
"Then lets get this over with" Aro felt his body fumble to the ground as if he were just knocked out.
