Peacock Valley was ablaze with lanterns and the sound of drums and gongs echoed from afar.
This was a major event in the Demon Realm, coinciding with the alliance between the Ancient Demon Clan and Peacock City.
Peacock Valley had invited all the Demon Kings from various paths to attend this wedding, and the valley was filled with shadows of people.
Not only were there members of the Demon Clan, but various members of the Human Race as well.
The Humans who came here seeking wealth looked anything but ordinary.
It's well known that the Ancient Demon Clan is notorious for its ferocity; the slightest carelessness could result in being entirely devoured.
However, this did not diminish the enthusiasm of the Humans in setting up stalls, making the surroundings outside Peacock City resemble a marketplace.
On this joyous occasion, the Peacock Bright King and various Demon Kings from the Ancient Demon Clan issued a clear order: No killing was permitted near Peacock City.
