While you will need years to become a true Demi-God, all my son lacked was a single push, and you foolishly went and gave him exactly what he needed."
What reservations and rage that had been on Pedraeg's face vanished. It seemed that from the very start, this was all an act.

"Of course I did. Eliwine was a fool." He called the Ancestor by his first name as though they had no blood relation at all. "He was obsessed with keeping power for himself.
