I looked over my shoulder at Camille, who could all but hide the guilt on her face. "I'm sorry, I was just trying to help you..."
"So you worked with the police?!" I raised my voice, not caring if the cop on the line could hear me.
Jas was covered in panic, "Rowan, what do we do? They're surrounding the house right now!"
Damn! I ran my fingers through my hair, it was just one thing after the other lately.
I took one glance around the room of people. Jas was stabbed and recuperating, Ferrai was a walking bullet shot target, and my arm was shot. The only person not harmed was the one who called the police in the first place.
"I'll turn myself in." I said, the cops weren't looking for Jasmine, and Ferrai had nothing to do with any of this.
Jas shook her head, "What? No! You can't."
"I have to, if I go with them, they won't have to open fire. You two go inside and hide, just in case things get ugly." I said, psyching myself up for the situation.
