The young girl was not only exceptionally quiet, but she also seemed to have changed entirely in her behavior and demeanor. She was doing this for one reason: to make a good impression on Lin Feng, the man who might, probably, perhaps, in her wildest dreams be her 'future father-in-law.'
Seeing her like this made Lin Feng curious, and he took the initiative to ask about her family.
She answered every question. "My family runs a wholesale business for agricultural products. We've leased several mountains in the countryside to grow fruit; business is quite good."
"I'm an only child. My parents don't live in this city; they're in a neighboring one. I'm only here for work."
Lin Feng casually asked, "What do you do for work?"
The girl smiled bashfully. "I'm working as a warehouse manager for a company owned by one of my dad's friends. The job is rather leisurely."
As they chatted, the atmosphere relaxed, and the girl began to show her true colors again.
