Chapter 31 - I'm back!

Hello, my dear friends!

It's been a while. Please know that I never stopped thinking about this story—I was just busy putting many things in order.

In my first batch of chapters, many criticisms were made regarding the pacing of the AU and some technical details.

I want to apologize once again for all the mistakes in the terms I used. However, there is one thing I can already tell you:

This story was made to have a world-building far richer than the original story, with a much deeper character development. Zhu Xiangju, our protagonist, is not the only main character, and he will by no means be the only character explored in this story.

I do not want to leave anyone behind, because that is exactly what Zhu Xiangju would do—no one gets left aside.

So, for those who want to see a story about character growth, the exploration of discarded plotlines, and the real use of every character introduced, come with me on this journey.

I know many of you complained about certain points in the story as if I were making mistakes or writing lazily, but let me tell you this: I may have made mistakes with the terminology, but at no point was I wrong about the points I presented. Everything will make sense in the end.

Many also criticized the power levels and said they made no sense, but I have made them more understandable and given them a real hierarchy. Do not expect to see someone much weaker defeating someone much stronger simply because they are favored by the plot—that does not happen here. Everyone has limits, everyone has their strengths, everyone matters.

The universe of Tales of Demons and Gods is fabulously vast—so how about we explore it a little more deeply?

So, just as Zhu Xiangju would say:

I'm going to finish this story because I do not like half-victories—I want it complete!
