Xiaolian took the elevator downstairs, feeling anxious. She knew what Fu Lun came to her for, having just heard Yan Luoxi say Fu Lun was downstairs. She panicked and broke a glass, not because she was afraid of him, but because she was afraid Yan Luoxi would discover they hadn't actually broken up.
She clasped her hands tightly together and walked quickly into the executive lounge. Fu Lun was still seated in the same place, not having moved. Hearing the sound of heavy footsteps behind him, he turned around, not surprised to see her, and said, "Come over and sit."
Xiaolian gritted her teeth, stepped quickly to sit opposite him, and swiftly glanced around the executive lounge. There were only two or three tables of guests, all quite far from them. She whispered, "I told you not to come looking for me, didn't I?"
Fu Lun raised an eyebrow and lowered his voice as well, "If I don't come looking for you, how can it fit your impression of me? Did you find out what I wanted?"
