Leon sat in the passenger seat, carefully sipping the coffee from his tumbler. It was still hot, so he had to be careful. After another sip, he let out a quiet breath and smiled faintly as the morning sunlight streamed through the window while the car sped along the road.
"I thought you'd bring your wife and kid too, King," he said, glancing at the man driving beside him. The large-built man almost looked too big for the driver's seat.
King simply sighed at the question.
"You know my kid's still in school, Leon. And there's no way you could've arranged all the travel documents for my wife and child on such short notice. You're the only person I know who suddenly decides we're going on an overseas trip with barely any warning."
Leon scratched the back of his head after hearing that.
"I got trapped inside a domain, so there's literally nothing else for me to do. Even when I log into the game, all I can do is sit there doing nothing. Do you know how depressing that is?"
