Chapter 191 - Chapter 210: Angel is Not Spoiled

"Huff!"

"Hiss!"

Angel took the only toilet paper she had and wiped Kiana's tears and blew her nose, slowly cleaning the white furball with tears and snot all over.

The red nose, red eyes, pouting mouth, and sobbing appearance were pitiful and cute, making people want to hug her and comfort her.

Angel knew that the mines buried in this little cutie tuna were basically cleared this time, and she was full of relief and accomplishment, so she smiled slightly.

"How is it? Do you still have snot? Do you feel better after crying?"

"Hiss! It's... okay..."

"Are you hungry?"

"Hungry..."

Kiana grabbed Angel's little hand and made a soft and slightly hoarse voice. Her big, wet eyes blinked and looked at Angel intently, like a sparkling lake filled with trust and dependence.

Ha! I'm the cruel and ruthless Angel. Will I fall for your coquetry and cuteness?

Sorry, I really do.

"Wait!"

Angel stood up ambitiously and flew towards the depths of the snowy mountain.

Lying on the ground, searching for smells, catching sounds and traces, and sensing abnormal heat.

Soon, she found a hare flopping on the snow. It had fat legs and a round and cute little appearance. It should have plenty of fat.

Angel smiled at the rabbit and raised her sword.

Half an hour later, Kiana ate the roasted rabbit, full of a delicious aroma. Although the seasoning was only a small can of salt that Angel carried with her, it still tasted good under her precise control of the heat.

"Mm! Delicious!"

"Yes, yes, I didn't know you were such a good cook!"

"...Why are you here? I haven't seen you for so many years. You showed up just to snatch food from me, you stinky dad!"

"Don't say that. I haven't eaten for a long time. Give me some more!"

Siegfried, who re-appeared, smiled heartily and tried to break off the remaining rabbit leg, but was kicked away by Kiana.

"Get lost! I don't have enough for myself, how can you have a share?"

Kiana glared at him fiercely, and then, to prevent being snatched again, she sputtered and ate faster regardless of the scalding heat.

Soon, her stomach was bloated.

Angel had already dug a small pool of clear snow water. Seeing Kiana finished eating, she took her to wash her hands and face.

After a simple but meticulous cleaning, the three of them sat opposite each other among the blooming flowers, creating a relaxed atmosphere of a picnic and chatting.

"There's a beautiful snowy mountain over there. I'll go climb it."

Finally, after tidying up Kiana's clothes and hair, Angel found a lame excuse and left, giving this special father and daughter time to reunite after a long separation.

Siegfried looked at Angel's disappearing back and shook his head, laughing.

"You've made a great friend, Kiana."

"Of course! Angel is my proud friend!"

Kiana proudly puffed out her chest.

Well, partner, cook, housekeeper, tutor, externat brain, and a young mother.

In short, all the functions that Kiana could think of and didn't think of could be found in Angel.

And she was not ashamed but proud.

Think about it, does anyone else have a great friend like her?

Only this lady deserves her!

Siegfried looked at Kiana's smug and vivid expression, and there was a bit of tenderness and emotion between his vicissitudes of life.

"You've grown up."

"It's okay. Although I was alone in the first few years, I have made many good friends now. I also met Aunt Himeko and Auntie. They are very kind to me and have been taking care of me. I am very happy now. So how about you? How have you been living all this time, dad?"

Kiana stroked the white flowers beside her, and her voice gradually softened. Her innocent and gentle profile made Siegfried vaguely see the shadow of the past.

His eyes were hot. then he touched the back of his head with a hearty smile and spoke.

"Of course, I am living a good life. I can eat and sleep well. There is no problem."

"You are lying. Do you think I am blind? Compared when I was young, you are much more haggard now."

"This is because I am middle-aged and have no choice. Dad is just old."

"...It's all white hair, I can't tell."

Kiana pouted and looked at the snow-white hair that was the symbol of Kaslana, and couldn't help laughing again.

Siegfried didn't want Kiana to worry.

Kiana could understand this, so she didn't ask any more questions. She just wanted to save some face for a man. Anyway, there was always a chance.

Kiana stroked the flowers around her but didn't pick them. She smiled softly and said:

"She must be very beautiful, just like these flowers."

There was no need to mention the name, and Siegfried already knew who Kiana was asking about, so he couldn't help but touch the flowers beside him and spoke affectionately.

"Yes, Cecilia is the most beautiful woman in the world. Of course, you are too."

"Dad, have you ever hated me? After all, you see, my existence is like the rebirth of Silin. If you think about it carefully, it's creepy."

"Don't talk nonsense! You are Kiana Kaslana! The daughter of Cecilia and me. Believe me, if she were here, she would definitely say so!"

Siegfried put his hands on Kiana's shoulders and said with great certainty.

Before Kiana had time to experience the sadness in her heart, she was overwhelmed by Siegfried's firm words and hugged her father whom she had missed for a long time.

"Well... I understand... Some things don't need to be said, I can feel it, thank you for accepting me, thank you for loving me, Dad."

Now, Kiana has a clear answer to some of the weird things in her childhood.

Why didn't Siegfried smile at her at first?

Why did Siegfried tell Kiana her name with tears in his eyes when she drew her gun to face Honkai Beast for the first time after getting along for a long time?

Kiana was very fortunate that she was finally accepted and brought into this world by Siegfried.

Although the name and identity were false, without this beginning, Kiana would not have known the friends and elders she cherishes now.

Siegfried was the first person to accept her, and he was her father, there is no doubt about that.

Kiana was grateful. The pressure and bitterness accumulated in her heart gradually eased.

"I should thank you, Kiana. Without you, I would have nothing. It is you who gave Dad new hope and allowed me to live to this day."

"Then take care of yourself. No matter what you want to do in the future, don't forget that I am still waiting for you, stupid dad."

Kiana spoke with tears in her eyes.

A father and daughter who have come to this day because of each other hugged each other, no longer speaking, just quietly feeling the long-lost warmth, unwilling to let go for a long time.

...

'Do you think it would be inappropriate for me to appear now?'

'It's a bit of a downer.'

'Then, how about forgetting it?'

'Well, don't spoil Kiana's fun, let her be happy.'

Angel lay in the snow, looking at the father and daughter hugging in the garden, then decided to cancel the appearance of the Herrscher of the Void, Angel.

There was no way. It was rare to see Kiana so happy. Even if there were flaws in her current script, Angel had to admit it that she can't ruin this moment.

'By the way, are we spoiling her too much?'

A certain Angel hesitated and asked a question.

The Angels collectively reflected on themselves and shook their heads.

'Is that so?'

'Not really?'

'I think it's okay.'

Angel nodded in agreement, and then thought that Kiana would be hungry again soon, so she quietly went into the snowy mountains and decided to hunt another rabbit for her.
