The two guards exchanged a glance and burst into loud laughter.
"What day is it that we have one person after another claiming to be our Patriarch's creditor!"
"Shush! Young Master Ning is a real creditor! Now look at this fellow—with his shifty eyes and rat-like face, he's clearly no good!"
The two men proceeded to size up and criticize the young master. As for the old man following him, they didn't spare him a second glance. What they could never have anticipated, however, was that they were about to die by his hand.
The elder merely glanced at them as he raised his withered left hand. The two guards immediately clutched their chests, their faces contorting in horror. The elder clenched his fist.

Their bodies exploded into a mist of blood. As he relaxed his hand, the blood mist instantly vaporized. In the blink of an eye, two living people had vanished into thin air.
