During this period, Tao Yaoyao has been following Qiu Tu, and her identity and status have skyrocketed.
There are Seventh Rank Officials at the Prime Minister's door, let alone a personal secretary.
Qiu Tu is now truly the head of the Sanctuary, and also the Four States Guardian, who takes orders but not commands—he can be a Vassal King, holding his own territory.
Such power has almost made Tao Yaoyao's status in the Four States grow without limit.
Here's the simplest example. When Qiu Tu was the Speaker of Dongye State, Tao Yaoyao's uncle, Jiang Zhenpeng, the No.1 member of Xinjie City Municipal Hall, wanted to meet Qiu Tu. At most, he'd politely call Tao Yaoyao.
Now Qiu Tu has become the Four States Guardian, the head of the Sanctuary.
Jiang Zhenpeng, now the Vice Speaker of New State, although his status has also risen, has to put on a flattering face and speak nicely even when calling Tao Yaoyao.
