After all, Shen Qingyan was a suspect now; she couldn't act too arrogant right in front of the victim. The police followed standard procedure, letting her meet Li Yin the same way as other offenders—separated by glass, communicating only through the landline phone.
"Miss Shen Qingyan, I came to see you." Li Yin was holding a bouquet of fresh flowers in her arms, looking delicate and fragile.
Seeing her like that, Shen Qingyan felt absolutely disgusted. She'd called the police to have her arrested, and now she came to visit, pretending to be sympathetic!
"I'm sorry, I didn't know things would turn out like this. I was poisoned and passed out at the time, I don't remember anything."
Holding the receiver, Shen Qingyan was a little impatient. "Do you think I poisoned you?"
"No, no, you're a good person. You would never hurt me, I already told the police that." Li Yin said hastily.
