Cheng Su returned home from the orphanage, and her little brother was there, playing a word game with Qi Xiaoqi. Seeing her, he waved and greeted her.
"You're here," Cheng Su said, not in high spirits. "Have a seat."
Cheng Zhi noticed his sister entering the room without any energy and looked at his nephew. He asked, "What's wrong with your mom?"
Qi Xiaoqi looked at him, then at the closed room door, and turned his head away.
He was just a kid, oblivious and unable to help.
Mother Cheng brought a basin full of grapes to the table for her son: "Eat some. Usually, following your third uncle, you probably haven't had much fruit. How about you come stay for a while? Mom will cook something delicious for you."
