The two of them sat on the bed, silently facing each other, as if even the air was quiet.
Qi Xiaoqi, behind them, couldn't bear it anymore and coughed twice. Qi Taiguo then turned his head, meeting his son's big obsidian-like eyes.
Qi Taiguo pulled him over to sit on his lap and asked, "Did you have fun at Grandfather Cheng's house?"
Qi Xiaoqi rolled his eyes speechlessly. This opening line was too childish; couldn't he say something more constructive?
Having been looked down upon by his son, Qi Taiguo awkwardly glanced at Cheng Su cautiously.
"Have you talked it over with mom and dad? Does everyone in the family know?" Cheng Su asked him.
Qi Taiguo nodded, "Yes, I've told them all."
Cheng Su nodded and asked, "What's the main purpose of going to Aid Africa this time?"
Qi Taiguo was taken aback.
