Once his parents were gone Kameron got straight to work. He called a contractor to start renovations.
He wanted to make the walls sturdier and the glasses bulletproof. He also needed a gym area capable of handling powers once the catastrophe happens.
The the contractors came in just a few hours. The power of money really makes one wonder.
"Hello, come in." Kameron greeted them at the door.
"Ah, yes. Thank you. What would you like us to do?"
"I have already drawn a few sketches I would like yall to build around the house. " Kameron said as he handed the. The sketches.
"Okay this is doable, it'll take about a year to finish. In the meantime you guys would need to relocate to another house."
Kameron knew that with how humans are right now it would take a while. He was gambling on the fact that the workers would gain their abilities while working on the house, along with him finding strong material for them to use to build the house. Once theyve gained their powers they would be able to finish the house faster.
"Yes I understand. When is the soonest time you guys can start?"
"We can start in three days, which would give you guys three days to move. Is this alright?"
Kameron nodded.
"We will send the bill over tomorrow morning." The contractors said as they walked out.
Since he finally did almost everything he need to he could finally take a break.
Since he woke up everythings been a mess. He hasn't felt so tired yet fulfilled in all his lives like he has these past few days.
All he ever wanted was to be free. Maybe he'll finally be able to achieve it in this life.
Kameron went to the couch and sat down. Sometimes he wishes when he close his eyes he never has to open them again. Yet time after yet he kept getting disappointed. Why him?
Ding. A notification came up on Kamerons phone. He grabbed his phone to check what it was. It was from Stanley.
[Idiot#1: Hey, I found the person you were looking for I think.]
Kameron jolted up from the couch and quickly replied back.
[Kameron: Send your location right now.]
[Idiot#1: Don't forget my car!]
After reminding Kameron about his car he sent his location. He was currently at a racetrack. Stanley lives going there during his free time and just betting on drivers who he thinks will win abiet he's rarely correct.
Stanley sat down waiting for Kameron to arrive for thirty minutes. Which was pretty wuick considering Kameron didn't live that close to the racetrack.
Stanley quickly spotted Kameron at a distance. It wasn't that hard to spot him since he always stood out.
Kameron was tall and had dark colored hair. He was probably one of the most handsome men Stanley has ever seen. Too bad he always had a cold and unapproachable look on his face.
Kameron would've been able to get many girls if only he would just smile a little bit.
"Over here!" Stanley yelled, beckoning Kameron over.
Kameron spotted Stanley sitting with a silly smile on his face. He couldn't help but frown even more.
Kameron sat down across from Stanley and got to the point. "Where is he?"
"Calm down. No ones going to get him before you do. Anyways working with what you gave me, which wasn't much. What am I supposed to do with just a picture of him as a kid."
"Get to the point." Kameron interrupted.
"Okay, okay. I didn't exactly find his location, but I found a picture of him as an adult. Well someone I assume is him. I mean, they have the same name and look the same and is the age he would be. Let me tell you, he is so beautiful, where'd you find him anyways."
Kameron gave Stanley and look which shut him up real quick
"Okay I have the pictures of him with me right now." Stanley said while sliding the pictures over to Kameron.
Kameron looked at the pictures completely shocked. This was the man he saw that night by the club.
"He should be here right now, quickly find his location." Kameron said.
He took the pictures and left Stanley behind.
