But if you place it in the Lower Realm where even the Linked Heaven Level is rare, it becomes a supreme powerhouse.
The situation at hand is similar.
The three Ancient Ancestors present, within the Palm Realm, aren't particularly notable, but due to the presence of Li Chen, the 'weakling', they appear exceedingly powerful.
Of course, this is merely a trait of organisms.
If Li Chen weren't present, perhaps they would have long started cursing, or even fighting directly. But because of Li Chen's presence, they maintained minimal restraint.
At the very least, they had to maintain the demeanor of Palm Realm masters, and not start fighting over a disagreement, which would be a huge loss of face, right?
