Half an hour later, Ye Haochuan arrived at the south gate of Qianyun City.
This city gate was built on a cliff. To be precise, among the city walls of Qianyun City, three of them are built on cliffs, with only the north gate connecting to the land, serving as the main passage into Qianyun City.
The cliffs on three sides are all unfathomably deep. Strangely, within these cliffs, there are dense and variable layers of clouds, which is the reason behind the names of Qianyun City and Qianyun County.
It's understandable to say that Qianyun City's altitude is high and the clouds can't reach such heights. However, Qianyun City is clearly not located on a plateau, and yet thousands of feet above in the sky, countless clouds are floating as common as they are in other places.
No one knows why these clouds haven't ascended into the sky but are densely packed beneath this cliff, forming a spectacle.
Standing on the cliff and gazing at the clouds below, Ye Haochuan couldn't help but marvel.
