They resemble more of a... pure natural phenomenon.
Fire burns, water flows, earth supports, metal condenses, wood grows... and the Hundred Forms of the Red Furnace integrate the Five Elements, recycling all the naturally dissipated spirit dust in the world, and enriching it to become their growing spiritual material.
Either Pure Steel, Glazed Dew, Evergreen Wood, or Original Soil... even those with Li Fire as the body of the Hundred Forms of the Red Furnace exist.
Initially, they appear to be like slime molds or Tai Sui, and upon growing to a certain size, they evolve into different forms based on the enriched spirit dust.
