Arthur looked at him.
"You didn't even know that? You were really just auditioning for the fun of it?"
"They were offering me ten thousand to audition."
In hindsight it was weird. There was significantly more males then females auditioning, like significantly more.
"Damn."
So that ten thousand was just a trap. Raymond would have never gotten involved if he knew about the damn kiss scene. Maybe he might've, but he would have asked to change the scene first! If it couldn't be changed, then he wouldn't have auditioned.
But when he messaged Nicole asking whether it could be changed, she just replied no. With a full stop.
He stared at the ceiling.
'No. Why was I the only one who didn't know?!'
