Unfortunately, even though they had talked about it several times, they still hadn't moved away because the survivor bases that they had heard from the people that they had met before weren't that good.
Their freedom would just apparently be restricted and they couldn't act as freely as they were doing, and most of the time the lives of ordinary people in those bases weren't as good or were just as good as how they were currently living.
The advantage wasn't too big at all, so even though they had talked about it many times, they still hadn't moved to those small bases.
Of course, just like in the north where the most sought-after was the north base, in the south it would be the south base.
They're both major military bases of the country before, so a lot of people certainly had more faith in those bases compared to other gathering places, and in their minds, it's also certainly much safer than other areas.
