Celestial Dao is the manifestation of all things that exist, existed, and will exist; it possesses no physical body. "It" has no consciousness, no intelligence — it is a force of an energetic and existential nature. The cultivation of energy is possible precisely because the celestial nature possesses no consciousness or intelligence, and its nature is energetic and existential.
The Celestial Dao may lack intelligence and consciousness, but it possesses teleological order. The energy existing in the universe is cyclical and infinite, by a structure of self-conservation of energy and existence. Primordial energy is the name given to the source of cultivation for all living and non-living beings. The natural purpose of cultivation is to allow the development of a multiplicity of beings capable of feeding back into the system with different types of energy from the 3,000 paths or more. Natural law permits the absorption and manipulation of energy for medicine; however, the more retention of energy and individualization of these bodies occurs, the angrier the Celestial Dao becomes. Men and beasts defy the Celestial Dao — the more they absorb and accumulate energy, the worse the celestial reaction becomes toward the lack of offspring and celestial multiplication, resulting in celestial tribulations and side effects across different species and beings, such as infertility the greater the cultivation, etc. There are, however, natural essences that are born with an undefined or predetermined energy scope. These are called special bodies — they are capable of managing, ignoring, and even benefiting from different forms of the Dao's primordial energy, seen by the universe as small source receptors. They convert energy common to all living beings into energies compatible with their special body, making their advancement faster.
Special bodily essences are divided into two groups:
Natural Dao Bodies: bodies given at birth.

Chaos Body, considered the supreme body. It allows one to cultivate practically any Dao or element, fuse different laws, possess monstrous comprehension, and growth without predefined limits. It can cultivate the 3,000 Daos or more (out of 10,000 paths), bypassing the amount of accumulated energy, which the Dao reads without distinction of life or non-life — merely a compatible essence for any existing species. This body is the exception when it comes to fusing with other bodiless essences, but it cannot fuse with physical essences (special bodies already in use). The reason is source-receptor contamination with a common species, a cause of celestial tribulation, greatly exploited by cultivators of the forbidden or demonic path, who use obscure techniques with medicine to extract the host body's essence for their own use — killing not only the body but also damaging the soul in this specific method. The natural method is natural death and the redistribution of the essence by the Dao.
Sacred Body: focused on extreme physical strength. The user possesses an almost indestructible body (proportional to already-cultivated energy), elevated regeneration, enormous vitality, and invincibility in hand-to-hand combat — as long as no Chaos Body is nearby, which can partially bypass its defense through the manipulation of chaos energy.
Innate Dao Body. facilitates epiphanies and comprehension of the Dao, easy learning of spiritual techniques, breaking through bottlenecks, and cultivating much faster than ordinary geniuses. Its attack speed is superior to that of any special body of low cultivation.
Supreme Yin Body (Taiyin Body). perfect affinity with the moon, ice, water, shadows, and Yin techniques. Possesses an enormous quantity of Yin spiritual energy; excellent talent for illusions and seals, since it can maintain control and has the capacity to absorb spiritual energy for use in battle greater than any body, with the exception of the Supreme Yang Body, its counterpart.
Supreme Yang Body (Taiyang Body) : the opposite of the previous one. Dominates fire, sun, and light, possesses immense vitality, absurd offensive power, and enormous cultivation speed; good at neutralizing and breaking illusions. At high stages it is capable of reviving and giving life to beings that died recently.
Sacred Body of the Five Elements: perfect balance between wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Allows control of all elements and their combination without conflict. Grants natural mastery over access to the energies; manipulation depends on the talent and luck of the user.

A pure Yang or Yin body has the ability to ignore the Dao's laws of infertility, and they excel at aiding the cultivation of people with special bodies and ordinary people, at the cultivation level of the body's user — making the body highly sought after as a cultivation furnace or as a secret weapon / or foundation for the next generations of a sect, clan, empire, or immortal forces.
Phoenix Body: nearly unlimited regeneration, affinity with divine fire, and the ability to "be reborn" after fatal damage, regardless of accumulated cultivation energy — though the number of resurrections is limited by the level of energy already absorbed, since the Dao's valuation for entities depends on their function, and the granting of body-soul reformation with the essence requires soul-refinement quality through the cultivation of fire energy converted into special energy for the Phoenix body.
Bodiless essences:
True Dragon Body: exceptional strength, defense, vitality, and draconic lineage, plus spiritual pressure over enemies. This essence exists naturally within the dragon species, one of the 3,000 oldest paths of existence. However, this species' essence requires no physical form, allowing for the existence of special blood (metaphysically manifested essence) or essence fragments (blood, core, body pieces) carrying energy capable of gradually taking the form of an essence when ingested by any living being. This allows dragon lineage in any species, and its strength, lineage, and lineage suppression depend on how primordial it is relative to the first draconic essence. This law applies, with adaptations, to any beast species, since their cultivation is natural and instinctive. Some beasts, however, may benefit from human blood only for feeding, while blood and flesh from cultivating humans can benefit the beasts' cultivation, without influencing the potential of their beast/monster lineage.
