Hearing a knock on the door, Zhao Rong lazed in bed and said to his assistant, "What are you waiting for? Hurry up and open the door."
The assistant stretched sluggishly. "I was running all over that grove with you last night," he said. "Plus, I got soaked to the bone in the rain. I think I'm coming down with a cold."
Lying in bed, Zhao Rong stretched again. "Considering I protected you last night, the least you can do is go open the door for them."
The assistant suddenly pretended to be asleep. "I've always had a habit of going back to sleep in the morning," he mumbled, "and I'm suddenly feeling so sleepy…" With that, he laid his head back on the pillow and started snoring.
When Zhao Rong saw his assistant was even better at putting on an act than he was, he helplessly shook his head, got out of bed, and walked toward the main door. By the time he opened it, however, he found that the person who had been knocking had already moved on to the next dorm.
