Before Zhao Rong could answer the three women's questions, Black and White Impermanence strode toward them, whispering to each other as they walked.
"What in the world is going on today? So many young people have died all of a sudden," one said. "Look over there. Those three beauties and that handsome guy... must be more young people who just died."
Before Black and White Impermanence could finish, Zhao Rong smiled and cut in. "Sirs, don't misunderstand. We're not dead; we're very much alive. We've traveled to the underworld to rescue a companion, and then we're leaving."
When Black and White Impermanence heard the people before them claim to be alive, they roared with laughter. "Damn it! We've been Black and White Impermanence for years, and our job is to reap the souls of the dead. This is the underworld, you'd better get that straight! Everyone who comes here is dead. Living people simply cannot enter this place!"
