The Fourth Rank individuals of the Eternal Kingdom are those who possess cultivation talent but have not inherited Special Abilities or Totems. They reside on six designated islands, and the strongest among them is the Fourth Realm War God.
Of these, everyone on Cloud Mist Island was led to their deaths on Biluo Island by Kristina. Dream Island has been ambushed by hundreds of thousands of Restorer Alliance members and is currently embroiled in war; furthermore, Dizang has set up a Trapping Formation there. As for the remaining four islands, all their Third and Fourth Realm War Gods have been dispatched to attack Phoenix Perch Island, which is occupied by Hell's Gate, and Drunken Fairy Island, held by the descendants of the prisoners.
After the core member meeting of the three Judicator Families concluded, Stephanie ordered the four islands to gather all their First and Second Realm War Gods for a land and sea assault on Phoenix Perch Island.
