"Oh my, isn't this His Majesty!"
Wang Cuilan was startled by the sudden appearance of Lin Lei, and fell to her knees, exclaiming:
"Commoner Wang Cuilan, pays respect to Your Majesty."
Lin Lei had no time for such formalities and said, "Get up, is Lei Xiaoming in the Meditation Room?"
Wang Cuilan stood up and nodded, "Yes!"
Lin Lei breathed a sigh of relief, thinking he made it in time and didn't let Ye Xiu escape.
He immediately commanded:
"Open the door, I need to see Lei Xiaoming."
Wang Cuilan looked at Lin Lei as if he were a fool and said:
"Your Majesty, you're so humorous."
Lin Lei was stunned: "I told you to open the door to the Meditation Room, how am I humorous?"
Wang Cuilan laughed and said, "Lord Lei said no one is allowed into the Meditation Room without his permission. If you, without his permission, ask me to open the door, isn't that humorous?"
