At the moment the armies met, the atmosphere was extremely awkward.
Geen was the first to react, jumping up and cursing Archimonde: "You son of a bitch, we agreed on a battle, and you actually wanted to ambush me halfway!"
Geen naturally knew that in such an encounter battle, there couldn't be an ambush. Both sides returned without expecting such a bizarre encounter; they only thought the other side had ditched them. Archimonde was afraid of the enemy sneaking attack, so he didn't deploy scouts, slowing down his army's march. Similarly, Geen assumed Archimonde had let him down and chose to march at full speed towards the demon's outpost to initiate the final battle. Therefore, neither side dispatched scouts midway, making this encounter truly accidental.
Anyway, Geen's idea was to place the blame before saying anything.
