Rita didn't rush to deal with the other timelines. She decided to first finish recording all the history she had stored. Maybe once that was done, the platinum-colored World Sigh in her mind would undergo a qualitative transformation.
As for the lack of time, she could only exploit it by continuously reading and rewinding timelines. Her own file was constantly being saved, but every three Starsea days she would read it and pull time backward.
Rita leveraged her godly abilities to artificially create a time loop. Combined with [Waste Guide] and her time-stop skills, she finally understood what her old teachers had said back in school: "If you want to learn something, how could you possibly have no time?"
Even though she later discovered the limit—only ten time stops per Starsea day—this was more than enough.
