The legend of the Frozen Cave exists only among the eight ancestors of the Blood Clan.
Apart from these eight, no ninth person knows of the cave's existence.
Although Hades succeeded to the throne of the Netherworld King, she also was unaware of the legend of the Frozen Cave. However, even so, when she turned and saw that pitch-black cave entrance, a tinge of unease surfaced in her heart.
