A couple went to a Western restaurant for dinner, and one of them switched to using chopsticks instead of a knife and fork because they weren't used to it. This wouldn't seem strange; after all, Chinese people have different habits, which is understandable and reasonable!
However, when two people go to a Western restaurant and both use chopsticks, it becomes a bit puzzling and even a bit odd. Are they here to enjoy the cozy romance of Western cuisine, or just here for a meal?
The two individuals who made the restaurant's staff feel somewhat puzzled were Ye Tianchen and Liu Rumei. Of course, in their view, it didn't matter what others thought. The key was that they felt good themselves!
But, as Ye Tianchen and Liu Rumei were enjoying their mutual fun, an uninvited guest approached their table, looked disdainfully at Ye Tianchen, and then at Liu Rumei, saying: "Quite the coincidence, I didn't expect to see you here. Who is this uncle?"
