The contrast is too great; if not handled well, both roles may end up flopping!
"...Everyone has finished reading the script, right? Let's do a read-through first!"
Director Feng saw Fu Shaojing, Wu Kai, and Cheng Yiming staring dazedly at their scripts and smiled to break the silence.
"Alright!"
Fu Shaojing and the others had no objections. They too wanted to see how He Tiantian, with her connections, understood the roles.
If the script reading didn't come together, there would be no point in filming.
They took the opportunity to suggest improvements to the director, giving themselves a reasonable excuse.
However, Fu Shaojing and the others did not anticipate He Tiantian's stunning performance that followed.
When she played the Eldest Miss of the Martial Arts Hall, she encountered the street-thrashed thug Guo Ahmao and saved him.
