The limit of this heaven is four Arhats, twelve Vajras, and three hundred and sixty powerful men. One Arhat corresponds to twelve Vajras, which is the number of the heavenly cycle. Or it corresponds to three hundred and sixty powerful men, which is also the number of the heavenly cycle, and the pressure on the boundary heaven from both is equivalent.
