Naisa once again unfurled a transparent magical barrier that resembled a protective shield, her entire body suspended in mid-air, with her staff held high. Surrounding her were dazzling aurora-like streaks of light that shot outwards, bombarding the abyssal creatures, exploding upon impact.
The abyssal creatures from all around were intercepted by Naisa in this manner, and none were able to approach Reiger and the others.
The two girls, one leading the charge to clear a path for Reiger and the other hovering in the air to block abyssal creatures attacking from all directions and the rear, firmly protected Reiger and Beluti.
"Oh?"
Reiger had originally planned to act himself, to block those attacking abyssal creatures but couldn't help pausing slightly due to Melo and Naisa's outstanding performance, revealing a hint of surprise.
