Three hours passed in a flash.
The time crept into the dead of night.
Inside the volcano, Seimei completed another full cycle of Extreme Body training and finally paused.
With a thought, he activated the Flying Thunder God Technique.
In an instant, Seimei reappeared on Moon Island.
His skin was bright red, scorched from hours of exposure to intense heat and toxins—like a boiled shrimp. For an ordinary person, such injuries would be fatal, or at the very least, they'd be incapacitated. But Seimei barely paid it any mind.
Thanks to his body's latest transformation and another boost to his Constitution attribute, his self-healing abilities had skyrocketed. Even back when his Constitution was at 29, injuries like these were trivial. Now? They were even less of a concern.
Standing still, Seimei let the cool breeze wash over him. In no time, his body returned to normal.
"Phew~"
Exhaling lightly, Seimei shifted his focus from himself to the results of his recent training. Though he'd only trained for a little over three hours, he could already gauge his body's current limits based on the changes he felt.
He estimated that, if he trained Extreme Body around the clock, his body could now handle an input of 18 million chakra points—a significant jump from the previous 13 million.
That's a 5-million-point increase!
This kind of boost was massive. If he trained according to this capacity, his body's evolution would accelerate even further.
Unfortunately, he couldn't go all-in on this plan.
Now that his mental and physical attributes were balanced again, he couldn't afford to neglect his Sharingan's evolution. Going forward, he'd need to dedicate at least six hours a day to performing Mind Reflection Technique to advance his Sharingan.
As a result, the chakra he could allocate to Extreme Body wouldn't change much—still around 13 million points. The difference was that he'd cut down the training time, thanks to his enhanced physical capacity.
But that didn't mean his chakra consumption would stay the same.
Using Mind Reflection Technique again would require an additional 3 million chakra points daily, which would have to come from his daily chakra reserves. Thankfully, his Sharingan and Byakugan were set to break through tomorrow, boosting his Mental attribute and increasing his available chakra.
Otherwise, those 3 million points would've stung.
Pushing these thoughts aside, Seimei didn't dwell. He used the Flying Thunder God Technique to teleport near his wooden cabin.
After washing up, he returned to the cabin and settled in for the night.
The night passed quietly.

The next day.
Early morning.
Seimei woke up early, stretching lazily and feeling refreshed. With his Constitution breaking past 30 points, triggering a qualitative leap and balancing with his Mental attribute, he noticed another perk: his energy levels were through the roof.
Despite sleeping the same amount as usual, he felt sharper and more invigorated this morning. It got him thinking—maybe if his base attributes climbed even higher, he could eventually skip sleep and rest altogether.
But as a key part of the body's self-regulation, completely abandoning sleep wasn't something he could achieve anytime soon. So, he brushed the thought aside.
By the stream, Seimei quickly washed up, then downed a few enhanced soldier pills to fill his stomach before kicking off the day's training.
As usual, he started with the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique.
Poof, poof, poof!
Clouds of chakra smoke dispersed, and five hundred shadow clones appeared.
Looking at them, Seimei felt unusually at ease. Another benefit of his mental and physical balance.
"Maybe I could summon even more shadow clones," he mused.
But after a moment's consideration, he decided against it. It wasn't that he didn't want to speed up his training—any method to accelerate progress was something he'd never overlook. The reason was simple: after today, his Mental attribute would increase again. It'd be more efficient to summon additional clones and reassign tasks then, rather than doing it now and repeating the process later.
Dismissing the idea, Seimei didn't waste time. He looked at the five hundred clones, stuck to his earlier plan, and divided them into groups.
Once their tasks were assigned, he sent them off.
When only he remained, Seimei activated the Flying Thunder God Technique with a thought, teleporting back to the volcano beneath Moon Island.
Feeling the familiar heat, he took a deep breath and dove right into Extreme Body training.
This time, though, he didn't block the sage chakra from enhancing his Byakugan. Instead, he let a portion of it flow through his meridians, into his forehead, and into his Byakugan.
As the process continued, he could visibly see his Byakugan's evolution progress ticking upward.
---
Time flew by, and it was mid-afternoon.
After completing another full cycle of Extreme Body, Seimei felt a sudden swelling sensation in his Byakugan, as if it had absorbed too much chakra and was struggling to contain it.
Before he could react, a stronger pull emerged.
He could clearly sense his Byakugan craving chakra—massive amounts of it. The feeling was all too familiar: the telltale sign of an imminent breakthrough.
With a thought, Seimei opened his proficiency panel.
As expected, under the bloodline section, his Byakugan's evolution progress had hit (10,000/10,000) and was flashing steadily.
Without delay, he teleported back to the surface of Moon Island.
Finding a spot to sit, he dispelled the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, recalling all his clones to avoid any interference with his Byakugan's advancement. Then, he suppressed the Byakugan's chakra hunger and focused on absorbing and processing the clones' memories.
Once he'd converted their training experiences into skill proficiency, he channeled his sage chakra toward his Byakugan.
In that moment, his Byakugan became a bottomless pit, rapidly draining all the sage chakra in his body.
Yet, it still hadn't evolved.
Without hesitation, Seimei tapped into the natural energy stored in the Three Elements Sealing Technique in his abdomen, fusing it into more sage chakra and pouring it into his Byakugan.
Time ticked by.
He exhausted the natural energy gained from the recently recalled clones, then started dipping into his stored reserves.
In the end, it took nearly 5 million points of natural energy for his Byakugan to complete its evolution.
If his Byakugan was previously on par with a three-tomoe Sharingan, it was now on the same level as a Mangekyo Sharingan.
No wonder it consumed so much chakra.
In fact, Seimei even thought it used less than expected. After all, the leap from a three-tomoe Sharingan to a Mangekyo Sharingan wasn't something a Byakugan could achieve with just 5 million chakra points.
If it weren't for his proficiency panel, this breakthrough would've been impossible.
