Nalia reacted quickly before the wall could crash down on them.
She pulled the manager away and used her sword to slice the wall into tiny blocks.
The pieces scattered around them, raising a cloud of dust as she hurried down the stairs with the manager.
"Thank you!" the manager exclaimed, her voice filled with gratitude. Her heart pounded loudly in her chest from fear.
"Leave through the warp gate!" Nalia ordered, raising her voice to be heard over the noise of falling tables and shattering glasses.
The manager nodded and prepared to dash towards the warp gate, only to realize that Nalia was heading in the opposite direction.
"Aren't you coming with me?!" she shouted, trying to follow Nalia, but a chandelier crashed in front of her, stopping her in her tracks.
"Leave!" Nalia barked again.
The manager fell silent for a moment, her gaze taking in the destruction around her.
