Location : Konohagakure No Sato : The Shinobi Academy :
" Thank you for listening to me so patiently . "
After Takeru finished giving his speech the class fell in a deep silence .
At this moment even the ever energetic Boruto had no idea what to say .
They had seen verious different kinds of kids of their a age before but for some reason looking at Yamamoto Takeru in front of them now especially after hearing his introduction they felt as if they were looking at an responsible adult .
Even Aburame Shino who was looking from the side had a shocked expression on his face that was hard to hide .
His experience in this field is obviously much larger than any other students in the room .
Even in his own academy time he had been classmates with Uchiha Sasuke and also saw someone like Hyuga Neji who had troubling passed and were considered much more mature for their age .
Even Uchiha Itachi and Uchiha Shisui who he had not seen in there young days were considered geniuses with maturity beyond their ages .
But right now what he saw in Yamamoto Takeru was different from any of those people .
There was no pain of having his future unjustly taken from him by a cursed seal .
There was no complicated thought of what is life and a burden of choice .
There was also no anger for revenge in his eyes.
By all means he was different from every other person mentioned before .
Yet there was something similar .
He had the same kind of determination in his eyes that Shino had seen in many genius before him .
But unlike many of his predecessors he did not have the look of a madness in his eyes .
But what Aburame Shino noted was that there was some kind of urgency in his voice that in a way unsettled him a bit .
After all in this time of peace why would anyone even if they are a genius would have that kind of urgentness in them .
After all there was no great enemy coming anymore and there's no shinobi war starting .
' I need to tell this to Iruka sensei after this class is over . ' - quietly in his mind Shino made the decision as he continued with the class .
" That was a very good introduction young Takeru I am impress by your goal and determination . "
" Thank you sensei for your encouragement I hope I can keep your expectations of me in the future . "
" Hahaha ! Alright you can go and sit in your seat for now . "
With that Takeru made his way towards his sir as the class continue with the introduction .
After another 10 minutes finally all the introductions were over .
" Alright everyone since today is your first class The Academy we will not hold any theoretical classes. "
Hearing this a huge number of students in the room let out a sigh of relief including Boruto .
After all while they were already capable of using kunai and shuriken they were after all still kids who did not like to study .
" Don't be so happy yet . "
However there happiness did not last long .
" Because today you will be having a special practice session with a few genins that have freshly graduated from the Academy just a few months ago . "
Hearing this the smile on everyone's faces that was present just a few moment ago vanished in an instant .
Studying maths science and history were boring and hard .
But fighting a genin ? That's beyond their imagination .
After all even if the genin was just a freshly graduated from the few months ago they were already there seniors .
They would have battle experience even if it is just for a few months outside the Academy .

Seeing that many of the students were actually sweating from the situation Shino cleared his throat awkwardly .
" Cough ! Obviously you won't be expected to win against them so no need to think too much . " - Shino said much to the relief of the students .
" Sensei , if we do not have to win then why are we doing this ? "
Suddenly a girl in the class raised her hand and asked .
" This is to for you to understand what a real Shinobi be fight looks like . " - Shino replied without a second of hesitation .
" From today onwards you are just beginning your career in the shinobi life as a student. "
" Hence in the future after you graduate or perhaps even before that - you will have to experience real life combat. "
" As such according to the new curriculum deviced by the higher ups from today onwards each month there will be a combat training session with your seniors and other experienced shinobis . "
" This is done so from now onwards you will get a little by little experience in battle so when you graduate you would have a better experience level . "
After hearing this many in the room finally understood everything .
So basically this was a practical training that they would have to do normally but just this time the opponents won't be there fellow classmates but experienced shinobis .
Takeru on the other hand after listening to everything felt that this was indeed a good initiative .
After all experience does not come alone with age but it comes with how much time you have spend on your work .
While fighting against experienced genins may look a lot and unfair but they would have to remember that this shinobi world was by nature unfair .
Just because peace had came does not mean all the evils from the world had gone away .
There are still fightings going on in various small areas of the shinobi world and even now shinobies would lose their life in duty .
So it's better to start practicing and understand their own capabilities from the Academy then to face is sudden shock during a difficult mission .
" Alright everyone let's go to the training ground at once and make sure to come in a line . "
" Hai Senseiii !!!! "
Location Change : Shinobi Academy Training Ground :
After coming to the Training ground's the students sitted across the battle arena .
It was then that Shino went over to call a group of people .
It was a group of four people with one middle aged man, followed by 3 younger shinobies who look a few years older than them.
Obviously it was a genin team with three genins led by one jonin who apparently had a rokushakubo or a bo staff with him .
The Jonin had a smile a his face as he let his genins in the field and immediately started talking with Shino Sensei .
After talking a few words Shino Sensei once again turned to look at his students .
" Alright everyone say hello to Mr Yagami he is a jonin of our village and today you will be facing his team of genins in the practice match . "
" Good morning Yagami senpai and thank you for helping us today . "
" Hahaha ! Hahaha ! No problem ! no problem at all - you are all going to be the future of our village so it's only natural for me and my team to help you in any way we can . " - Mr.Yagami said as he asked his students to come forward .
With that 3 genins - two boys and one girl came forward and introduced themselves one after another and then they started to tell more about the group .
After sometime it was finally cleared that apparently this group was actually one of the groups that actually passed 6 months ago .
For sometime they have been doing low rank mission and it was 2 month ago that they apparently gone out of the village and completed their first B rank mission.
It was a mission to stop a group of bandits from attacking a village .
Although most of the people within that group where normal soldiers with only one experienced genin among them who was also their leader the task was considered important because of various other factors.
And while the rest of the students work shocked and impressed by their story Takeru was less than excited .
Because to him this mission was clearly overrated .
After all they only had to fight a group of inexperienced people and most of whom were not even shinobi .
And the only shinobi among the enemy had only one C rank earth style jutsu .
So while the battle must have been very hard especially for young inexperienced genins who were not accustomed to the bloody nature of the battle it was certainly not something to brag about .
Especially when it was their jonin instructor who had to step in and capture the enemy shinobi.
Right now he was feeling that perhaps this entire thing would be and waste of time for him now .
Unless....
' Unless I can get to fight that jonin over there . '
With that he secretly looked at Mr Yagami who was talking to Shino sensei at this moment .
According to what was told apparently Mr Yagami became a jonin 2 years ago and this would be actually his first ever leading a genin team .
He seemed to specialised in fire style and wind style jutsu .
At the same time he also carried a 6 foot long rokushakubo as his primary weapon .
This was a perfect opponent for him .
After all with his character template power he was already well beyond any ordinary chunin .
The only thing that he does not have enough is on ground experience .
After all getting the memories and experience of someone and actually putting it into use was quite different .
Moreover he lacked proper opponents so far and could not use his full potential in a fight .
So if he had the chance to fight a jonin then he could finally see just how far he had come.
' But for that I need to do something big to attract their attention... '
Just as he was in his thinking on the ground Shino Sensei had came forward and started to speak .
" Alright everyone I will call your name one after another and you will come and you will fight one of the genins here then I and Mr Yagami will assess your performance . " - Aburame Shino said as he called out each name one after another .
With that a somewhat boring structure of the match begin .
Time Change : 20 Minutes Later :
" Alright your skills are good but you need to work on your reaction time which is very poor . "
" Thank you for your advice sensei "
It had been 20 minutes since the start of the practice match and except for two from the students group all had pretty much lost to the genin and this included chocho and Inojin .
As for Shikadai he give up the moment the battle started just like a Nara should do .
And as for Metal lee he tried very good .
At first gaining the advantage against the genin but the moment he saw so many people watching him and cheering for him he immediately lost control .
As for the two people who actually won against the genins .... They were non other than Uzumaki Boruto and Uchiha Sarada.
Well to be honest Takeru was not surprised .
From the first episodes in the show it was quite clear that both Uzumaki Boruto and Uchiha Sarada were already beyond a simple genin level .
So seeing them winning against a fresh group of genins was not surprising .
" Alright next up is Yamamoto Takeru . Please come forward . "
It was at this time that finally Takeru's turn came .
The crowd begin silent as they watched the young man who had just made impression on them in the class go towards the battle Arena where one of the genin was already awaiting him.
Although they did not know what the outcome of the battle will be.
And yet what they understood was that....
This battle was going to change their views .
