From Leonidas's brief summary, the Deputy Commander could already see a broad new horizon for utilizing the World Dragons. Hulk had outright devoured his, using his own body as the seed to prematurely forge a Divine Kingdom. Arthas, meanwhile, was using his World Dragon as a vessel in an attempt to consume the entirety of Minor Hell. Both had expanded upon the foundation of the beast to forge entirely new paths.
