Indeed, she was a ruler. Indeed, she had kept peace within the Umbrawyric world for centuries now, but just handing her the Mallory Umbrawyrio wouldn't help her at all.
The only help it would do was probably allow her to avenge her father's death by fighting Ascan Llumino, King of the Llumino race, but her destruction at the hands of the Higher Plane experts would be guaranteed.
And once she falls… the Umbrawyric world falls with her.
[So one more race, a dark race, falls… Unfortunate.]
The system panel flashed as the corner of White's lips tilted slightly.
"I understand your point, System. I really do. It seems much better for me to leave the Umbrawyrs to themselves."
"Perhaps, if I was the old White, I would have chosen such a path. But I have the memories of close to a thousand Umbrawyric Kings in my head."
