Beta finished setting the plates on the dining table and arranged the food nicely. Just then, she saw me walking out of the bathroom with a towel hanging around my neck. My hair was still a little damp from the shower.
"Master's here!" she muttered happily to herself. She quickly ran around the table and pulled out a chair for me with a big smile.
I sat down and looked at her warmly. "Thank you, Beta! But it's okay, you don't have to do all this for me," I said gently while patting and brushing her hair with my hand.
Beta's tail wiggled excitedly from side to side. Her cheeks turned a light shade of pink as she blushed. She looked extremely happy just from the small praise and touch.
Both of us sat down facing each other at the small dining table. Steam rose gently from the hot breakfast Beta had prepared. It smelled delicious.
"Let's eat!!" Me and Beta said at the same time. We clapped our hands together once, prayed quickly to the creator, and then started eating.
