Satisfied, Aunt Mia nodded.
Michael watched the scene silently and wisely chose not to interfere. Even if Lily could subdue a hundred men with one hand, in this house, Aunt Mia's glare still held authority.
After dealing with Lily, Aunt Mia's gaze naturally moved toward Michael.
"Where is Arianne?"
Michael's hand holding his spoon stopped for half a second before continuing normally.
"She has something to do, so she won't be around for a while."
"Oh."
Aunt Mia's tone carried a trace of disappointment.
Lily also looked up.
"She's not coming today?"
"No."
