Stretching after another day of training at the beach, Izuku quickly ducks into an allay when he saw that no one was paying attention and changed his outfit all the while getting quizzed on the law by Tenno. The reason the change of clothes and the quizzing was due to this being his first official day as a vigilante.
When Izuku exited the alley, he was dressed in normal civilian clothing though with darker colors and covering every bit of his skin. Only part of his outfit that would arouse suspicion was the headgear, outside the hood of his jacket covering his distinctive hair, his face was concealed by the breathing apparatus portion of his sense training headgear.
It served two purposes. One was the obvious, it helped him hide his facial features such as his iconic freckles. The other was the original purpose of the mask, it forced Izuku to maintain a steady breath no matter the circumstances be it while injured, exhausted or stressed.
Steadying his breath would actively support his stamina, aid in focus and keep him in a semi-meditative state to make better use of his capabilities.
While Izuku wanted to climb to the rooftops and hop across them to move through the district swiftly, but Tenno kept him on the ground.
'This isn't some Sunday cartoon kid, unless you have excellent mobility, an ability to swiftly cross from one rooftop to another or get up and down quickly and safely, then moving across rooftops is a liability and leaves you in unnecessary danger.' While that caused Izuku to grumble a bit at failing to accomplish his dream of swiftly hopping across rooftops like his favorite pro heroes, he accepted the logic behind Tenno's thoughts and begins to jog around the district while keeping his senses sharp.
'It's best to keep to the ground and avoid such risks until you've mastered some type of movement technique.' Maybe his dreams of hopping across rooftops isn't as dead as he thought.'Movement techniques, master?' From the onset it seemed obvious what they would be about, but Izuku was still curious on what they would be like.
'Movement techniques are primarily footworks that enhance the user's maneuverability, some also include breathing techniques, meditative states, full body katas and more. They range from simply keeping the user's footing stable under any type of environment to the more common ones that allow rapid repositioning, the speed, maneuverability and flexibility varying depending on the technique used.'
'Are there truly that many movement techniques to create so many variant with different capabilities?'
'Of course there are, at least as many as there are practitioners in the multiverse. They can range from moving from one spot on the ground to another in a straight line, flowing from position to position like a river without stopping, jumping off of thin air, or full on teleportation.'
'Woah! Air jumping? Teleportation?! All of that done with simple footwork?'
'There is nothing simple about it kid, and those were examples of more advanced techniques, and I don't plan on teaching you them until you've mastered your senses, unless you with to accidently splatter your gray matter on concrete due to not knowing where you are going.'
The talk about movement techniques had Izuku go through a roller-coaster of emotions but due to his training it didn't manage distract him from his first official outing as a Vigilante, which went well if you were to ask him, first he helped a couple of grade-schoolers cross the street, grabbed a lost balloon from a high branch of a tree, gave directions to a lost tourist, not all was quite though, as he managed to stop a few mundane crimes such as pickpockets.
Nothing too difficult as the criminals didn't use a quirk to commit the crime, making them less of a threat and helped reduce the punishment they would receive when captured.
Izuku always managed to duck out before any authorities got involved, and so far his outing going without much trouble.
Only thing of note was that he got to witness a hero subdue a villain that robbed a nearby bank, while Izuku gushed about the fight, Tenno couldn't help but comment how much the Pro Hero focused on showboating instead of fighting, but at least he got the job done.

Chisaki Kai finally got some good news, after a full day of rest got rid of major symptoms of the concussion., Kendo Rappa was starting to make sense, he was able to learn what truly happened in that alley from Rappa.
And what he learnt only made Chisaki more interested in the Quirkless kid who had somehow defeated one of his Eight Bullets in a one on one fight, not only that, but the one he fought was Kendo Rappa, the best fighter of the group. While Kendo is far from the physical powerhouse that is Rikiya Katsukame, Keno possesses keen battle instincts and combat skills, one of the main reasons Chisaki had requited him.
Now Chisaki had multiple reasons for acquiring the kid. Previously the main and only reason was to make him pay for his slight against Shie Hasaikai and the secondary reason was to acquire his DNA sample for his experiments, but now that he knows that Izuku was the one responsible for taking down Rappa, Kai is more curious about his DNA, he needs to know if the kid is actually Quirkless or if the parents hid the Quirk from the government, if he is truly Quirkless then his DNA would be excellent for his research.
Calling Chrono, Kai orders him to send someone to get the kid. But due to Shie Hasaikai main base being far from Mustafu and them having to draw back their forces in the city due to the rat selling them out and Rappa's arrest they only had a few low ranking members nearby for the task, but it would have to do.

Buzzing with energy after his first vigilante outing, Izuku climbs the stairs leading to his apartment two steps at a time, but just as he's about to knock on the door, he notices that his door is unlocked and left ajar.
'Guard up kid! I don't like what I'm sensing, quick get inside!'
Startled by Tenno's warning Izuku focuses on expanding his senses around him and swiftly stepped through the doorway only to find his mother being accosted by two people, she was defending herself with a pan, but both people were larger than her and wielding weapons.
Izuku was frozen solid, the mere idea of his mother ever being put in real danger never crossed his mind, it was only thanks to Tenno's warning that he could act.
'Move!' it took less than a second for Izuku to get over his stunned state and Tenno to guide him, telling him to rapidly kick the ground behind him with all his strength just before one of the home invaders can swing their weapon at his mother, Izuku slams into them full on and knocks the both of them away from Inko.
Unprepared for the sudden assault the one he slammed into goes down swiftly with a punch to the face. The second one barely managed to get his guard up steam rising from his fists before a foot ended up buried in his guts.
With both of them taken care of, Izuku went to reassure his mother and call the police.
The police arrested the two home invaders and after bit of questioning they advised the Midoriyas that due to them having run in with the same yakuza group twice they should avoid learning more about the exact details of why they were targeted and by whom, as that would put them under more danger, but promised that the police alongside some heroes would try to keep an eye around the block to make sure they don't send anyone else to finish the job.
---
When Chisaki Kai learned of the failure, he was beyond furious, he understood that sending low level mooks would have caused problems but for them to fail so spectacularly and so freely give information to the police, 'Pathetic, they will suffer the consequences of their failure to the Shie Hasaikai.'
Acknowledging that more attention is not worth the risk, Kai decided to take the slow approach concerning Izuku Midoriya and instead of having his henchmen break into his house like the previous losers, he decided to send a group to Mustafu get a few samples of Izuku's blood without drawing too much attention, the kid seemed to have a penchant of putting his nose where it didn't belong and getting into trouble so luring him in shouldn't be too much trouble, and if the opportunity presents itself, kidnaping him could be possible, but considering that he kid had proven himself to be quite capable, he would keep his expectations low.
Unless they managed to lure him onto their territory or he himself somehow ended up here, taking the slow approach would be the smart option.
