After Ye Fan's attack dissipated, Nuwa still felt somewhat relieved. Life and death had hung by a thread, and the pressure she faced from Ye Fan was immense, nearly escaping by the skin of her teeth.
"Why did you help me?" Nuwa asked.
Xi He seemed indifferent as she replied, "I didn't help you; I was merely looking for an opportunity to kill you, and incidentally ended up helping you instead!"
"You make it sound so easy. Now I ask you, how much cultivation have you gained from Ye Fan?" Nuwa demanded harshly.
"This kind of question, I'm too lazy to answer. If you want to keep fighting me or even kill me, go ahead. But to know my depth, that's impossible!" Xi He said with a cold laugh.
