One week later….
Temperatures dropped, as the ground dusted lightly with snow. Frost glazed over the corners of the windows slightly fogging them.
Gabrielle sat at her window, watching the snow dance around in the gentle breeze.
"So cold," She uttered, pressing her fingertips against the glass.
She rubbed her fingers together, watching little droplets of melted water fall from her finger tips down her fingers.
'His armor was already so cold when he left… It has to be freezing now… I hope he's staying warm…'
Knock, knock, knock
"Milady, it's me," Josephine sang.
"Come in," She sighed.
Whoosh
The door swung open and Josephine entered the room, skipping over to Gabrielle as she watched on.
"Milady, Milady, good morning," She hummed.
"Good morning," Gabrielle sighed, looking back out her window, "You're in a good mood."
